Incorporation price

The incorporation fee for a new company is RM1,800.00*, which includes one company name application, the following government fee, statutory books and stationery:

SSM registration fee for authorised share capital of RM100,000;

Stamping fees;

Statutory books;

Share certificate book;

Common seal; and

Memorandum and articles of association (5 copies)

Certified true copy of Form 49, 44 and 24 (5 copies);

 

*additional charge for secretary fee, additional company names application and complex company structure.
