This project involved the custom fabrication of steel flanged pipe connectors for an industrial piping application. Each pipe section was cut, aligned and welded with circular flanges to provide a secure connection between pipelines, valves, pumps or process equipment.

The flanged design allows the pipe section to be installed, removed and maintained more easily compared with a permanently welded connection. Bolt holes were accurately positioned to match the required flange arrangement, while the welded joints were prepared to provide stable mechanical strength and reliable service performance.

After fabrication, the pipe components were coated with a protective finish to improve resistance against rust, moisture and general industrial exposure. The overall dimensions, pipe diameter, flange size, bolt-hole pattern, material and coating system can be customised according to site requirements and existing piping specifications.
