This project involved the custom fabrication of a flange and mounting plate for an industrial vibration motor. The mounting assembly was designed to match the vibration motor’s base dimensions and the required installation position on the existing machinery or supporting structure.

The circular flange plate was accurately prepared with multiple bolt holes to provide flexible alignment and secure fastening. A reinforced steel base plate was also incorporated to improve mounting stability and distribute vibration forces across a wider surface area during operation.
