This project involved the custom fabrication and installation of a stainless steel motor cover for an industrial motor installation. The cover was designed to provide additional protection for the upper section of the motor while allowing sufficient ventilation through multiple openings on the top panel.

The stainless steel construction offers good resistance to moisture, corrosion and general industrial exposure, making it suitable for factories, processing areas, pump systems, machinery installations and other demanding environments. The perforated design helps maintain airflow and heat dissipation while reducing direct exposure to falling objects, splashes and surrounding contaminants.

Each motor cover can be customised according to the motor dimensions, installation position, available space, ventilation requirements and site condition. The size, material thickness, opening arrangement, mounting method and overall design can be adjusted to suit the specific application.
