This project involved concrete core drilling works to create multiple wall openings for mechanical and electrical service installation. Different opening sizes were carefully measured, marked and drilled according to the required pipe or utility layout.

Concrete core drilling provides clean and accurate openings through reinforced concrete walls while minimising unnecessary damage to the surrounding structure. The completed openings can be used for water pipes, fire protection pipes, air-conditioning services, electrical conduits, cable sleeves, drainage systems and other industrial utility lines.

Our scope of work included site measurement, drilling-point marking, wall-mounted core drilling, removal of concrete cores, opening inspection and preparation for subsequent pipe or service installation. All drilling works were carried out according to site conditions, required opening sizes and installation requirements.
